France's Player Ratings
I just spent the last 5 minutes taking down the player ratings for the France, based on Tindle's submitted roster, in case any of you were actually niave enough to believe that his midfield is only a 79. Since the ratings shown on the team selection screen are based on the 18 selected for that match, it is possible for him to manipulate his squad by only including the three or four lowest rated midfielders. I do seem to remember Nasri, Ribery, Malouda and Diarra playing against me though...

This is most likely the lowest possible ratings for each position at the load screen. Most tend to pick the strongest 18 available, so the ratings are most likely going to be higher before a match
ReplyDeleteMenez is also listed as CF which would classify him as a forward and not a midfielder. Therefore, further skewing the Midfield

ReplyDeleteA.) deliberate misrepresentation of facts in an attempt to take attention off of his subpar performance with such an incredible team.
B.) unintentional misrepresentation of facts due to numerical negligence or incompetence.
C.) an elaborate wind-up.
D.) playing with an illegal, unregistered squad.
E.) stacking his reserves with unregistered, lower rated players to skew the stats average.
Whichever it is, I think we can all agree, it's C...

I've got a question...how come the Irish can't get any love on the top scorers? Shane Long scored four against Italy yet he's left off the top scorer's list..
