Gentlemen (and Burns), a troubling array of threats have come to my attention. The integrity of our illustrious competition is in danger of being undermined. I know I speak for all of us when I say, "There is no way we will stand idly by while a childish pedant threatens to hold the league hostage. All measures that can be taken will be to prevent these threats from becoming reality."
We must be vigilant. Train yourself early to spot these charlatan's tricks and it will come as second nature during the season.
Keep alert for:
1. Players playing for clubs that they do not actually play for. I.E. Ribery, Aguero, Benzema, etc. all wearing Chelsea blue.
2. Matches being paused while the ball is still in play. Unfortunately, the last team to touch the ball may pause whenever they choose. Exploiting this in an unsporting manner will not be tolerated.
3. Any "connection lost" message must be met with heavy skepticism. The previous lost connection protocol will be amended as not to reward any who may unjustly profit from pulling the plug.
Working together, the honest members of this Association will preserve the integrity of online competition. It is a smudge on the otherwise flawless facade of our efforts that this is even an issue; but, unfortunately, every bunch must have a few bad apples.
Couldn't agree more with being vigilant for these cheaters. It happened last year. We must monitor Roma and United? Er well what ever team the "Tinman" choses to play with. Remeber lads, they are the two who pulled the plug last year.
