Storm Clouds Gather Over London

Dark times for the league's three London clubs: one steadily losing ground in the title race, the other two on the verge of being permanently sucked into the relegation zone. Spurs managed to move off of the foot of the table with a brilliantly executed win over "sir" Burns' "new look" Chelsea side. A result that prompted the previously (relatively) muted Burns to relapse to his old profane and abusive ways. It seems a bit of adversity is all it takes to put all his boasts of being a "new man" to rest. It was Chelsea's fourth loss of the season, seeing them fall to seven points off the pace at the top of the table.

By far the most troubled side in London, Arsenal look worryingly poor. They now sit bottom after losing two matches last night, failing to score in either. It's their impotent offense that will be their downfall; they've only scored nine times in ten matches, and been held scoreless in five.

Arsenal: Relegation: 2/7
Arsenal: Thompson next manager: 8/11
Chelsea: League: Win outright: 55/1
