Debutant Dani Secures 'Pool Top Spot

Liverpool have progressed to a third consecutive Champions Cup final thanks in part to a dream DFA debut for young striker, Daniel Pacheco.

Current Champions Cup top scorer, David N'Gog, gave the home side an early lead, slotting home after 5 minutes. Dani Pacheco then ensured his first appearance was a memorable one, marking it with a class curler into the side netting from 18 yards. It would prove to be the winner as Ivica Olic was able to pull one back for Bayern after N'Gog added another to his impressive tally.

Nailbiting stuff to come, as Bayern enter the final round of fixtures needing all three points against Chelsea as well as a Roma draw or loss against 'Pool. Liverpool manager, Pruitt, will almost certainly field a similar side to the one that triumphed against Bayern Munich yesterday, relying heavily on his youngsters and squad players to grab a result.

  1. Chelsea plans on making 8-10 changes from the side that beat Manchester City. Josh McEachran will start and is set to play the full 90 min (he is currently suspended in the Gimp premier league)
