Chelsea look to DFA after racial remarks

Chelsea winger, Daniel Sturridge, has been made aware of the comments made by Liverpool manager, Braedyn Pruitt, and is considering filing a formal complaint with the GIMPDFA.  Sturridge’s tremendous second half play against Arsenal allowed Chelsea to rescue all three points after an early 2-0 lead by the Gunners.

“Tactically we got it right in the second half” says Burns.  “We deepened our defensive line and allowed Arsenal to come to us.  We were burned early on several occasions with our high line and made the adjustments needed to get back into the game.  Sturridge played a big part in scoring a few goals as well as creating space for players like Mata and Drogba to get in behind the Arsenal defenders.”

Arsenal manger, Adam Tindle, was noticeably frustrated with Sturridge during the second half.  Camera’s caught Tindle making several remarks about the English forward including, “Is there any way to stop Daniel Sturridge?” It was then when Pruitt, who was offering a third party commentary to the match, offered his advice.

“I heard what he said.  It was increadible insensitive and Sturridge was rather upset when he found out.  I expect comments like that from Ingoglia and Crittenden (former Roma manager) but not Pruitt. It’s a shame.”

Chelsea look continue their winning ways when they host Dortmund in the league next week.  “I think we have a real chance this year to win the league.  Bayern is playing well right now and we’ve always struggled against them.  It should be an excited last few months in the league.”

  1. There's absolutely no place in the league for this kind of thing. It's sad the some managers resort to this when frustrated.

  2. I'd have to chalk this up to a language barrier as it is difficult to translate what The manager said in his native 'hipster' tongue to Sturridge's understanding. It will also be difficult to prove as replays show a partial covering of the mic making it hard to read his lips-- A tactic near and dear to the heart of Chelsea's own captain Terry..

  4. A few other article headlines...

Ingo's uncle supports pruitt's comment. Tindle bottles another lead over burns. Ian's mouth to full with food to ever make racial comments.
